Bronchitis is not as much fun as you might think. I’ve had it a few days now, and it’s really putting a damper on my high spirits. At least I’ve kept working hard on the writing side, though, generating a query and proposal for my latest novel. I finished a bunch of revisions to that novel from my first reader, too, though I saved the toughest ones for last, meaning tomorrow. Of course, tomorrow brings its own special excitement, as that’s when Wendy and I are scheduled to close on our refinanced mortgage! We locked in a decent rate, which is all happy-making, so now all we have to do is put names on the dotted lines, and all will be hunkey-dorey. We’ve postponed the closing once already, so I’m really looking forward to getting it done. Lots of busy-type stuff on tap for tomorrow, a long to-do list, so it’s off to bed now for sweet dreams of low interest rates and non-bronchitisy lungage! See you tomorrow.
