One thing is clear to me: I need to clean my home office. As I write this, I am surrounded by piles of paper, shifting and flowing like sand dunes in a desert, threatening to engulf me. I know it’s part of the writing game and mostly unavoidable…but it’s past time I cleaned up the worst of the mess and at least got organized. Time for some filing and throwing away, while hoping I don’t come across some note referring to a deadline I’ve missed or something I’ve failed to do. Clutter isn’t all bad, but if you don’t nip it in the bud, it can really take over your life. See you soon!
