As the Easter holiday approaches, I’m winding down my marketing efforts, guessing they’ll likely be wasted at this point. Most everyone in publishing (and many other fields) is probably wrapping up their work for the week, just trying to get to the long weekend. I wouldn’t expect many folks to leap at new projects over the next few days…though I could very well be wrong, in which case I’ll be missing out on some prime opportunities. Either way, I’m going to hold off on sending out more queries until after the holiday. I’ll refocus my energies on other writing-related work, which won’t be hard at all; that to-do list of mine is always a mile long. See you soon.
