Recently, I got some good advice that it might help my overall time management if I took a day off from the usual tasking…so today, I did! Other than this blog and a few e-mails, I wrote nothing, nada, zilch. Instead, I spent the day with my wife, my brother and sister in law, and my eight-year-old nephew and niece. It turned out to be a swell day, and I’m glad now that I took the time. All I need now as the perfect follow-up is a good night’s sleep, which I haven’t had for the past two nights. Unfortunately, that could be difficult: my wife, Wendy, seems to have come down with a flu bug and is, shall we say, driving the porcelain bus. As Rosanne Rosannadanna once said, it just goes to show you, it’s always something! Good thoughts for Wendy will be much appreciated. Let’s hope there’s no swine involved. As for me, fingers crossed I don’t come down with it myself. See you soon!
