Talk about high praise! In a new online review of My Favorite Band Does Not Exist, a reviewer on the BiblioJunkies website writes: “Reading this reminded me of authors like Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman…” What a comment! Having my novel compared to the work of those two great fantasists gives me a real shot in the arm after a very tough week. Here’s a link to the review, if you’d like to check it out.
Remember to look for My Favorite Band Does Not Exist, now available here from Amazon, here from Barnes and Noble, and at your favorite local bookseller. If your bookstore doesn’t have one in stock, just ask for it by name, and they can order you a copy from Clarion Books.
It’s always satisfying when someone enjoys my work. Now I just have to buckle down and tackle the revisions on my next novel (a top-secret project that shall remain nameless for the time being). The latest set of comments just popped into my e-mail box this evening…literally moments after I’d finished a major day job writing task. The wheel turns as another weekend rolls toward us.
