“Size” Matters

March 28, 2011

My super-hero e-book, A Matter of Size, has been reviewed at the awesome Superheronovels.com website.  You can check out the review right here.  It’s a very cool site, devoted to coverage of superhero fiction…which, I’m happy to report, is a thriving genre these days.  Once upon a time, superheroes only mattered in comic books and the occasional TV show or film, but now they’re really taking off in the prose fiction realm, too.  New books are propelling the genre to new heights, following in the footsteps of series like Wild Cards.  Superhero fiction is kicking butt; it isn’t just for kids anymore.

Speaking of kids, my e-book, A Matter of Size, definitely isn’t appropriate for them.  It’s got some very strong subject matter, intended for mature readers.  I hope you’ll check it out, but don’t recommend it to any kids.  This is a dark and brutal vision of superheroes, with a bunch of really black humor, and it’s meant for grown-ups only.  So check it out and let me know what you think.
